Shrink Tunnel

This Shrink Tunnel (Standard Type) gives outstanding shrinking performance due to the uniform temperature distribution within the tunnel. It uses high efficiency air circulation feature. The infrared radiation titanium heating tubes provide very efficient heating performance and saving power consumption up to 40%. The system also features automatic temperature variation for convenient operation and adjustable speed change of conveyor.

• Independent 3 side temperature control for 3Ø model.
• Heater temperature is controlled by a solid state heater control device with minimum tolerance as possible.
• Heaters are concealed to prevent product from contacting the heaters (compact in construction).
• Infrared radiation titanium heating tubes providing very efficient heating performance and saving power consumption up to 40%.
• Variable automatic temperature control for convenient operation
• A speed controller with module speed device controls the conveyor motor with base.
• Upper turbo blowing fan to ensure high velocity hot air circulating within tunnel providing consistent and uniform temperature distribution.

Semi - Automatic Sealing Machines

These are offered with following features :

• Available in models suitable for using center-folded polyolefin and polyethylene shrink films.
